The Trek To Dharma
The 14N/15D ‘The Trek To Dharma’ itinerary takes you to Uttarakhand, a destination blessed generously by nature and steeped in spirituality.
Evening arrival, meeting and assistance upon arrival as our representatives welcome you and escort you to your car.
Whilst the room keys and check in is organized, our representative would introduce the tour to you and hand over the documents to you.

Overnight at Lalit, Delhi (Deluxe Room) (No Meals)
After breakfast, we embark on a city tour of New Delhi. Our tour includes a visit to the Qutab Minar - 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world.
Following our drive pass to the Lutyens Delhi area, we will now visit the Humayun’s Tomb (1586), built by the Emperor’s widow Hamida Banu Begam, also known as Haji Begam, and commenced the construction of his tomb in 1569, fourteen years after his death.
Later, we cross the city and into the walled gates of the Old city with visits to the Jamma Mosque (1650) and drive through the fabled area of Chandni Chowk (aptly translates to Moonlight Square) where the throngs of shoppers and vendors meet in the oldest area of Delhi.
The highlight of this tour would be a ride on cycle rickshaws. Now these are 3-wheel cycles with a sofa seat at the back. The Rickshawala (Rickshaw driver) sits on a small cushion in the front and two passengers on the sofa seat behind.
Overnight at Lalit, Delhi (Deluxe Room) (B)
Morning transfer to the airport to board the flight to Dehradun.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and, we will drive to Guptkashi.
Upon arrival in Guptkashi, check into your hotel, Villa Adhya.
Your Kedarnath journey begins as soon as a helicopter receives you this morning. Then, we will board a helicopter from Harsil helipad to reach Kedarnath. In almost an hour’s time, we will reach Kedarnath via Phata Helipad. Once we reach, you will visit Kedarnath Temple where we will perform pooja, and seek the blessings of the Lord. A majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau, and surrounded by lofty snow Covered peaks.
Once we are done with visiting the temple, we will return to Guptkashi for our overnight stay. Check-in at the hotel and wash away the fatigue.
Overnight at Villa Adhya (B & D)
Following a leisurely morning, check out from the hotel and drive to Chopta.
Later, on our drive to Chopta, we will witness the incredible Himalayan landscapes. This picturesque hamlet which is still unexplored by travelers is also known as "Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand".
Upon arrival check into hotel.
Madhuganga Overnight at Madhuganga (B & D)
After having breakfast, we will set out to proceed for a local sightseeing & trekking accompanied by your naturalist.
Chopta is the beginning point of the trek to the famous Tungnath Mandir and summit Chandrashila. This unspoiled destination in the lap of the Himalayas also offers an unobstructed view of Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba peaks.
Start your trekking route from Chopta early in the morning to Tungnath Temple. To reach the Tungnath Temple, it will take 2 to 3 hours to arrive. It is a beautiful trek where you will enjoy the surrounding landscape and pass through Himalayan villages untouched by modern times.
From Tungnath Temple, you can start moving towards Chandrashila Peak. You can enjoy the view of the majestic Himalayan Peaks from Chandrashila Peak.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Overnight at Madhuganga (B & D)
After breakfast, proceed to check-out from your hotel and drive towards Badrinath. At the height of 3,133 meters, Badrinath stands proud with its rich past along the banks of Alaknanda River.
On the way, the scintillating views of the Ghats will make your journey even memorable. As you arrive, complete the check-in formalities and take some time to unwind.
Later, make your way to Badrinath Temple, one of the most revered Char Dhams of Uttarakhand. The shrine also stands among the 108 Divya Desams dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
Pay obeisance and then go for a dip in the Tapt Kund hot springs. Just beneath the Shri Badrinath temple, lies the Tapt Kund hot sulfur spring that has a high therapeutic and healing powers.
After rest and relaxation, we can also visit the nearby attractions namely Mata Murti Temple, Mana Village, Vyas Gufa and Ganesh Gufa.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Overnight at Sarovar Portico (B & D)
Following breakfast, we will drive to Govind Ghat.
As we reach Govind Ghat, we begin our trek to Ghangaria, the base camp for both Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib. During the 15-km trek, you will witness enchanting views all along. From unnamed waterfalls to small lakes and from flitting birds to small wild animals darting by, the route takes you through the heart of nature.
Once we reach Ghangaira, we will be greeted by the beautiful Himalayan scenery that becomes an inseparable part of your tour.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival in Ghangaria and transfer to the hotel.
You can explore the beautiful surroundings in the evening. At night, enjoy a delectable dinner and have a relaxing sleep.
Overnight at Valley of Flower Camp (B & D)
After spending some peaceful time amidst nature and having your breakfast, we will start our trek towards the Valley of Flowers.
The majestic Valley of Flowers is approximately 4 km from Ghangaria. The winding trail passes through dense forests and goes uphill. On the way, you will see flowers of all colours spread all around.
Overnight at Valley of Flower Camp (B & D)
Following breakfast, we will begin our 6 km trek to Hemkundsahib (4329 m) from Ghangaria. We will hike for six kilometers to visit the “Hemkund Sahib, which is a highly revered Sikh place of worship in the world.
In the afternoon, we will trek downwards and reach Ghangaria, and you will have an overnight stay over there. You can utilize the evening time to explore the local areas and appreciate the breathtaking beauty of nature.
Overnight at Valley of Flower Camp (B & D)
Morning, we enjoy spectacular sunrise views and following breakfast, we will begin our return trail to Govindghat. After that, we will drive towards Rudraprayag .
Once you arrive at Rudraprayag, we will check into the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure for your independent activities where you also have the option to visit Karnaprayag, a quaint town on the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers.
Overnight at Monal Resort (B & D)
This morning, following breakfast, we will drive to Rishikesh, the 'Yoga Capital of the World'. Ever since the Beatles rocked up at the ashram of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the late ‘60s, Rishikesh has always been a magnet for travelers seeking spiritual rejuvenation.
Upon arrival check into your hotel.
Overnight at Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh (Garden Facing Apartment Room) (B)
Morning, we will undertake a yoga class at our hotel conducted by a trained instructor. Later. we will begin our tour of Rishikesh.
Rishikesh is one of those places in India where every traveler finds something for themselves - be it peace, serenity, spirituality, adventure, and a sense of belongingness.
Optional;
A prominent temple near Laxman Jhula is Kailash Niketan Temple, a temple with 13 storeys. The view from the top of this temple is just spectacular!
Later, we also experience the soul-lifting 'Aarti' ceremony at the Triveni Ghat on the Ganga in Rishikesh at sunset.
Overnight at Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh (Garden Facing Apartment Room) (B)
Morning, a meditation session would be organized.
Following a leisurely breakfast, drive to Dehradun airport to board your flight to Delhi.
Meeting and assistance upon arrival at the Delhi airport and transfer to hotel, Novotel.
